JOB SUMMARY
The presentation specialist is a key contributor to the new business team, ensuring that all presentations effectively and accurately represent the information to external audiences based on the teams input. They also play a vital role preparing client decks, as well as incorporating the edits.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Time Management
Fully understand the deadline-centric needs of the role, and demonstrates the ability to help win new business by completing premium quality jobs on-time
 
Design
Clean and format the presentations to ensure consistency of design
 
New Business
Act as a key contributor to the new business team, ensuring that all presentations effectively and accurately represent the information to external audiences based on the teams input.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Fully understands the deadline-centric needs of the role, and demonstrates the ability to help win new business by completing premium quality jobs on-time.
• Cleans and formats decks; ensures consistency of design.
• Utilizes superior PowerPoint skills – master pages, charts, embedding video/audio, builds, etc.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe CC applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator in particular), MS word a must.

EXPERIENCE
2 years Presentation

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Operating Systems
Extensive knowledge of PC/Mac differences and cross-platform knowledge of programs
 
Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
